The interest in photography runs strongly in my family, but my first career was numbers, logic and all left brain type stuff. I really started to find my creative side when I got my first digital camera in 2005. The opportunity to take as many photos as I wanted, was a fantastic opportunity to try and take better and better photos at no cost. After a trip to Europe in 2011 and not being satisfied with my point and shoot photos, I enrolled in my first photography course and haven't stopped since. Our place in Fernie offers me the chance to enjoy the outdoors through all the seasons. The photo opportunities are never ending, from micro to macro, and landscapes to wildlife.
